Privacy Policy

Tempo is a workout tracker built to keep your data yours. This policy explains what the app does — and does not — do with your information.

The short version

Tempo does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you log stays on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.

What data the app stores

All of the following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else:

• Workouts you log (exercises, sets, reps, weights, dates, durations, notes)
• Workout templates and custom exercises you create
• Personal records and progress calculated from your workouts
• Per-exercise notes and any video links you add

If you delete the app, this data is removed with it. We have no copy of it.

Importing from Strong

If you import a Strong CSV export, the file you choose is read and processed entirely on your deviceto add those workouts to your local history. The file’s contents are not uploaded anywhere.

What we do not do

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not require an account, email, or login.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not transmit your workout data off your device.
• We do not share or sell data to third parties.

Links you add

You can attach video reference links (for example, YouTube) to exercises. Opening such a link launches your browser or the relevant app, which is governed by that third party’s own privacy policy. Tempo only stores the link text locally.

Children’s privacy

Tempo does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
